R. L . STINE ANTHOLOGY AUTHORS ANNOUNCED

Harper Collins Children’s Books has finally approved the manuscript for R.L. Stine’s middle grade anthology Scream and Scream Again!, and my story, Kamikaze Iguanas, is included!

The formal announcement:

Joining a star-studded array of writers invited by Bob Stine for this first-ever MWA anthology for young readers are the following Mystery Writers of America members whose stories were selected by an eminent panel of judges from more than 150 submitted stories: Ray Daniel, Beth Fantaskey, Doug Levin, Phil Mathews, Alison McMahan, Lisa Morton, Stephen Ross, Jeff Soloway, Joseph S. Walker, and Carter Wilson. Congratulations all for a fine job!

The bighearted and highly talented authors who volunteered to join Bob and pen a story for his anthology are: Chris Grabenstein, Heather Graham, Bruce Hale, Steve Hockensmith, Tonya Hurley, Emmy Laybourne, Peter Lerangis, Dan Palmer, and Wendy Corsi Staub. Our sincere thanks to each and every one of you for your continued commitment to our organization.

MWA is truly grateful to a top-notch group of talented and generous writers who constituted the judging panel. They put in many long hours reading all the great stories sent in through open submission. To Lyndsay Faye, Chris Grabenstein, Rachel Howzell Hall, Tony Perona, and Robert Quackenbush, our sincere thanks and appreciation for your work and devotion to MWA.
